In 2016, our CEO Amanda Stone left her career in the professional cleaning industry to pursue her vision of taking residential cleaning to the next level. Amanda didn’t believe in viewing the people she worked with as customers, she believed in building strong client relationships that were founded on a specific set of CORE VALUES: Be Passionate, Be Trustworthy, Be the Best, Be Generous, Be a Friend to the Environment. Magical Maids quickly became the residential housekeeping authority. She also didn’t believe in treating employees as “the help”; she believed employees were “Team Members”. She committed to hiring only the best Team Members, providing superior training, and creating a culture where her employees' passion for Magical Maids could be seen clearly in their performance and their passion for a client’s home. With an “A” rating on Angi (formerly Angie’s List), Super Service Provider Awards every year, and countless client reviews raving about their service, Magical Maids quickly became the premier residential cleaning company in the areas they serviced!

In 2021, and after personally hearing too many clients express their concerns about poor service and quality in other areas of the home services industry, Amanda Stone merged with her sister Angel Stone (COO) who owned her own highly successful commercial cleaning company, and a NEW company was born … Magical Maids Home Services, LLC! Amanda and Angel set out to take the Magical Maids Residential business principles and apply them to many new areas of the Home Services Industry, giving their clients a single company whom they could rely on for so many of their home’s needs. The Magical Maids Suite of Home Services was born! Housekeeping, Carpet Cleaning, Window Washing, Special Event Hostessing, On-Site Auto Detailing, Yard Maintenance, Power Washing, Garage Cleaning, Organizational Services, Laundry Pickup and Delivery, Grocery Delivery, and Pet Sitting!

But providing the highest quality services available is not enough for Magical Maids. Amanda & Angel share another love … community. Both believe strongly that it is every individual and business' responsibility to support and invest in the communities where they live and serve. Magical Maids Cares! is the product of that belief; a community program on which they are both incredibly proud to put their name. Magical Maids Home Services proudly supports the following causes: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Toys 4 Tots, and Feeding America. Magical Maids also stands in support of PRIDE and Black Lives Matter. Magical Maids stands against domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking.
